The new TSA (Transportation Security Administration) rules currently do not apply to our operation since we do not train students for initial ratings, Instrument ratings or multi-engine ratings in our T-6's.

Discovery flights and FAR 61.31 type training, which is all we do, is currently exempt from the foreign student rules, see http://www.aopa.org/tsa_rule/alienft.html for a detailed explanation.
